Day 01: Arrival Varanasi

Day 2: Varanasi - Sravasti (300 Kms / 7 - 8 hrs Drive)

On the second day early morning expedition to Varanasi witness the amazing sunrise at holy river Ganges. Enjoy a boat cruise in the holy river while enjoying an impressive sunrise. Consequently offer morning prayers to Sun God and ancient custom in India.

Come back to hotel and relish on a yummy breakfast and later visit Sarnath. Embark on a journey to deer park where Lord Buddha first taught the Dharma. It’s the place where from first sermon of Lord to creation of Buddhism, and Buddhist Sangha came into existence. The major attractions of Sarnath are Kondanna. Dhamek Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, Chaukhandi Stupa.
Enjoy a drive to Sravasti, transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at Sravasti.

Day 3: Sravasti - Lumbini (225 Kms / 5 - 6 hrs Drive)

Take breakfast and embark on an excursion of Sravasti. This holy shrine is imperative from Buddhism aspect because Lord Buddha accomplished a numerous miracles here. He gave a glimpse at Sravasti seated on a lotus (with thousand petals), with fire and water radiating from his body. Major attractions of Sravasti are Sahet Mahet and Angulimal caves.

Drive to Lumbini an important Buddhist pilgrimage site in closeness to Nepal - India border. The place is revered as the birth shrine of Lord Buddha.

Day 4: Lumbini - Kushinagar (182 Kms / 5 hrs Drive)

Upon arrival check in at hotel and later visit the main site in Kushinagar. The two places most habitually traveled to in Kushinagar are the Mahaparinirvana Stupa, built on the shrine of Buddha's Mahaparinirvana (Great Nirvana or passing away), at the place of his cremation with an old image of Lord Buddha. The Mahaparinirvana Stupa is enclosed by wreckings of ancient monasteries. Overnight stay in Kushinagar.

Day 5: Lumbini - Kapilavastu - Sravasti or Balrampur (225 Kms)
Wake up early in the morning have breakfast and drive to Patna en-route visiting Vaishali. Lord Buddha first traveled to Vaishali in his 50th year after Nirvana, and spends the rainy season here. It is the topographic point where Gautama Buddha presented his final discourse and declared his Parinirvana. Visit Ananda Stupa, and Ashokan pillar at Kolhua in Vaishali.
After Vaishali drive to Patna and on arrival check in hotel.

Day 6: Patna - Rajgir - Nalanda - Bodhgaya (182 km / 6 hrs Drive)
Wake up early morning enjoy breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Bodhgaya. En-route visits Rajgir and Nalanda. The city of Rajgir was the capital of Mauryan Empire. The formation of the city is unknown but remains, artifacts dating back to 1000 BC have been discovered from the core of the city.

Buddhism Hot Spot Bodhgaya Rajgir journey is an imperative Buddhist place since Lord Buddha spent 12 years delivering two sermons. The Saptaparni caves hosted the first Buddhist Council, after the realization of Enlightenment by Buddha. Buddha's much loved retreat was at the Jivkamaravana monastery.Later visit Griddhkuta where Gautama Buddha undergone several months meditation, and preaching at Griddhkuta, ('Hill of the Vultures').

Then drive to Nalanda the home to oldest university. Discover the ruins of the oldest recognized university of the world. The archeological site attempted at the site has excavated a huge complex of a University founded and patronized by the Gupta emperors.

Visit Bodhgaya the sacred place of pilgrimage where Lord Buddha attained supreme enlightenment. Bodhgaya the Mecca of Buddhism is the place of the Lord Buddha's Enlightenment and spiritual home of Buddhists. Upon arrival check in at hotel Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.

Day 7: Bodhgaya City Tours
Embark on a Bodhgaya tour after breakfast. The sacred place of pilgrimage where Lord Buddha attained supreme enlightenment is under Bodhi tree a sacred shrine. Bodhgaya the Mecca of Buddhism is the place of the Lord Buddha's Enlightenment and spiritual home of Buddhists. Then visit the major tourist attractions of Mahabodhi Temple, Sujata Village and Monasteries of different countries around the city. Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.

Day 8: Bodhgaya - Gaya - Onward Destinations
Morning after breakfast transfer to International airport to board flight for onward Journey.
