Buddhist Sanchi Tour

Sanchi tour is the journey of designated UNESCO heritage site famous for its Stupas, monasteries, temples and pillars standing tall from the 3rd century B.C. to the 12th century A.D built by Mauryan Emperor Ashoka. The tour of Sanchi is about the teachings of Lord Buddha’s teachings, life, dharma, and rational spiritual doctrines.

Duration : 5 Nights - 6 Days
Destination : Delhi - Bhopal - Sanchi - Jalgaon - Aurangabad - Mumbai

Day 1: Arrival at Delhi

Ones your flight lands at Delhi, you will be received by our travel representatives at the Delhi airport for the Sanchi Tour. He will assist you to the hotel. Check - in hotel and relax. Later in the evening go for shopping at local shopping sphere, enjoy light show, and come back to hotel. Overnight at stay.

Day 2: Delhi - Bhopal

On the 2nd day visit the star attractions of Delhi including Delhi Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, Jama Maszid, Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Qutub Minar, Rajghat Gandhi Memorial, and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Go back to hotel and then you will be escorted to the railway station to board a train to Bhopal.

Day 3: Bhopal - Sanchi - Bhopal

Buddhist Sanchi Stupa On the 3rd day arrive at Bhopal, and check in at hotel. Later in the morning embark on a Buddhist tour to Sanchi, to visit the Buddhist Stupa, archaeological museum, Bhimbhetka Caves. Come back to hotel and relax overnight.

Day 4: Bhopal - Jalgaon
On the 4th day early morning Buddhist tour will take you to Jalgaon. Board the train to Jalgaon. On arrival guests will checked in at the hotel, and pamper self to numerous comforts. Late at afternoon visit the Ajanta caves depicting the beauty, arts, culture, teachings, sculptures and philosophy of Buddhism. Come back to hotel and relax.

Day 5: Jalgaon - Aurangabad
On the 5th day early morning the Buddhist expedition will take you to Aurangabad and on reaching you will check in at pre-book hotel. Later proceed towards Ellora Caves which is an UNESCO World Heritage Site and it represents the three major religions, namely Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism. Later, guests will also visit the Aurangabad Caves. In the evening, guests will be taken back to the hotel where they will relax.

Day 6: Aurangabad - Mumbai
On the 6th day early morning, board a flight to Mumbai. On arrival, guests will be taken for a sightseeing tour of Mumbai city. The sightseeing attractions include visit the Gateway of India, Juhu Beach and Prince of Wales Museum. In the evening, guests will be escorted to the international airport to catch a flight for onward destination.
